The upcoming season PSL 8 kickoff with one of the best ceremonies ever on 13th February. The final will be played on 19 March 2023 at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore. The league organizers included another cricket venue this year Multan and “Rawalpindi”. As per cricket sources in Pakistan, there will be more venues next season which may include “Baluchistan, Faisalabad and Peshawar”. Pakistan Super League prize money for the season 8 is announced.

How Much Winners of PSL earn from Prize Money?

Pakistan Super League becomes brand after seven successful season. The league produce some of the top talents in bowling and batting for the national side. Top sponsors worldwide attracted towards PSL and looking to sponsor it. HBL bank currently main-sponsorship. The league recently increase the prize money which is compared to some other leagues higher but less than Big Bash League and Indian Premier League. The winning team in PSL will earn prize money $500k.

How Much Runner-ups Earn in PSL?

The team who reached the final of PSL but could not lift the trophy will earn prize money $200k. In future runner-ups in PSL may earn more than $400k a season, PSL organizers looking to improve the purse for the teams.

  • Team which finished third will earn estimated prize money of $80k
  • Fourth place team in PSL season will take home $50k share.
  • In each match, man of the match will be awarded with prize money $4.5k.
  • Player of the tournament awarded with the prize share of $20k.
