Teiken Promotions announced their boxing card and it feature main-event fight between Kenshiro Teraji and Hekkie Budler. There will be five bouts that were part of the Teiken Promotions ppv on 18 September 2023. The event is co-promoted by Top Rank. All ppv fights take place at Ariake Arena, in Tokyo, Japan. Teraji will defend his WBA (Super), WBC and The Ring light-flyweight titles against Budler. He will earn guaranteed purse of $350k for the fight. In April 2023, when Kenshiro Teraji return to the ring he earn guaranteed purse of $425k for the fight against opponent Anthony Olascuaga.
